BP Online Consulting & Management, LLC (“BPOCM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides business consulting, management, and implementation services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bpocm.com (the “Site”) and our services.

Services Provided

We provide business consulting, management, and implementation services as described on the Site and in individual service agreements. Service descriptions, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the applicable agreement or Roadmap.

Payments and Fees

Fees for services are as listed on the Site or as agreed in writing. Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the services. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations at their own discretion and for maintaining their own business records.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and frameworks (including the FRAMED framework), is the property of BPOCM and protected by intellectual property laws. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own internal business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

BPOCM’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice according to the terms in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
