BP Online Consulting and Management
BPOCM Services
Start with the problem. Build the right system.
Choose the area that needs attention. We help you define the work, put the agreed pieces in place, and understand how to use them. Start with a focused working session or explore Consulting & Management for a broader project.

Six services, one starting point each
Where does the work need to get clearer?
Each OS connects the agreed process, tools, responsibilities, and handoffs for one part of your business. It is not merely another software subscription. Pick the problem you recognize — you do not need all six.
01
Reputation Management OS
Get Found. Build Trust. Earn Reviews. Stay Visible.
- Start here when
- business information, customer contacts, and review responsibilities are disconnected.
- The work
- Approved profile and brand information, reconciled contacts, an owned review process, education, and 90-day priorities.
- You receive
- Editable profile and contact registers, written process instructions, education records, and a priority plan.
- How we check it
- Approved information agrees across profiles, authorized source and import counts reconcile, and the responsible person can operate the agreed process.
We don't promise review removal, a number of reviews, ratings, rankings, or guaranteed visibility.
02
SalesPipelinePro OS
Capture. Follow Up. Book. Close.
- Start here when
- leads arrive, but the next action or responsible person is unclear.
- The work
- A specific lead-to-next-action map, a defined pipeline handoff, and linked event records.
- You receive
- Journey and event registers, operating instructions, and configured pages or CRM objects where included in the agreed scope.
- How we check it
- A controlled lead keeps its source, reaches the intended owner and next action, and creates no duplicate or conflicting records.
We don't promise that a working pipeline equals increased revenue, or a complete CRM rebuild by default.
03
AI Voice Sales OS
Answer. Support. Qualify. Book.
- Start here when
- calls or voice requests need consistent answers, qualification, booking support, and an appropriate human handoff.
- The work
- Approved answer knowledge, conversation boundaries, qualification and handoff rules, and recorded scenario results.
- You receive
- Knowledge and operating documents, a scenario register, and the scoped voice configuration when implemented.
- How we check it
- Supported requests receive approved responses; unsupported or sensitive cases follow the defined human route.
We don't promise unlimited calling, unrestricted autonomous advice, or assumed recording and consent permissions.
04
Monetize Your Knowledge OS
Package What You Know. Turn It Into Something People Can Buy and Use.
- Start here when
- useful expertise exists, but the buyer, the product, and the purchase-to-use experience are not connected.
- The work
- A defined buyer and product, rights and source assets, a usable product sample, an offer and access map, and launch priorities.
- You receive
- A product brief, rights and access registers, and the actual scoped sample in its agreed usable format.
- How we check it
- The intended buyer can find and use the sample, selected assets have recorded permissions, and controlled access matches the agreed entitlement.
We don't promise that a template is a finished product, a full course, sales, or product-market fit.
05
Content + Marketing OS
Research. Create. Repurpose. Distribute. Improve.
- Start here when
- research, content production, approval, distribution, and measurement are disconnected.
- The work
- A research brief, a claim and source record, approved content, a repurposing and distribution plan, and measurement.
- You receive
- Briefs, source, editorial, and distribution registers, plus actual approved content files in their channel-ready formats.
- How we check it
- One scoped item traces from its sources through approval to the correct channel and intended call to action.
We don't promise unlimited content, automatic public publishing, traffic, reach, or sales.
06
Automation + AI OS
Automate. Assist. Delegate. Eliminate.
- Start here when
- repeated work or weak handoffs need clear rules, an owner, and a recovery path.
- The work
- An evaluated task, the smallest suitable solution, permission boundaries, and exception and rollback instructions.
- You receive
- Task and test registers, operating instructions, and the actual automation configuration when implemented.
- How we check it
- The valid task produces its expected output; duplicate, denied, or incomplete inputs create no unintended effects; the owner can follow the recovery path.
We don't promise automation as the default answer — when eliminating the task or keeping human judgment fits better, we say so.
About scope: your agreed scope determines the deliverables, quantities, and responsibilities. A focused working session addresses a contained priority — not every output in an entire OS.
Engagement
Two ways to work together
Choose a service first, then choose how you want to work on it. Either path starts with a conversation about the problem you want to address.
Working Sessions
One, two, or three hours of focused working time on a defined priority. You bring the problem; we work it together and document what was decided and done.
The output is what is realistically completed and documented within the agreed scope — for example, one contained profile cleanup, one pipeline handoff, or one voice use case.
Consulting & Management
Broader scoped planning, implementation, coordination, education, and handoff for work that does not fit in a single session.
Quantities, responsibilities, and commercial terms are agreed for the engagement before work begins — nothing is assumed or bundled silently.
How work finishes
Clear scope. Useful deliverables. A tested handoff.
You receive the agreed records, assets, instructions, or configured work in usable formats. The relevant person reviews the scoped result, and ownership and next actions are clear before we step back.
- FFit-Check
- RRoadmap
- AAssign + Act
- MManage + Monitor
- EEvaluate + Educate
- DDecide
A detailed Roadmap is paid work that follows the agreed commercial prerequisites — it is not a free outcome of a Fit-Check. Technical acceptance (the work does what was agreed) is separate from business outcomes (what the work earns); we report both honestly.
Not sure which service fits?
Describe the problem you're seeing. You don't have to diagnose it first — finding the right starting point is our job.
