Online Consulting and Management

BP Online Consulting and Management helps small-business owners improve how people find them online, understand what they offer, and become customers.

BPOCM looks at how people find the business, understand what it offers, and take the next step. It also looks at what happens after someone responds. The goal is to keep leads, customers, and important work from getting lost.

About BP Online Consulting and Management

Who Is Bringing All of This Together?

Hi, I’m Brandon Painter. Welcome to BP Online Consulting and Management.

Around 2017, I was invited to a referral-marketing group. I had just finished my second master’s degree in Internet Marketing and was building experience through freelance and independent contract work.

A friend in the group was working with six different companies on the same project. He had a website person, a videographer, and a photographer. Separate agencies were handling branding, paid search, and marketing.

I asked how he planned to coordinate six companies and their staff. Wouldn’t it make more sense to bring the work together under one plan and have someone manage the deadlines?

He joked, “We’ll see!”

He had just started working with all of them. He needed to update his website and create a brand video. His staff needed photos. Marketing and advertising would follow once he had spoken with the branding company.

I remember thinking that I had just studied how all those pieces worked together. I had also spent a year doing related work as an independent contractor.

That conversation planted the idea for BP Online Consulting and Management.

The specialists each had a role. What caught my attention was the job left to the owner: bringing everyone’s work together while still running the business.

That is the part we help you work through. You bring your goals and knowledge of the business. We help connect the plan with the people and work needed to move it forward.

How We Help You and Your Business

Six Areas We Keep Coming Back To

I have tried to shorten my service menu more than once.

The same needs keep coming up in client conversations and business roundtables. They show up when someone asks for advice. They also show up in my own business.

My three master’s degrees are part of that background. So are the things I have learned through hands-on work and the problems that did not come with instructions.

That work keeps bringing me back to helping solopreneurs and small-business owners. It also includes growing teams preparing for the next stage of their business.

You do not need all six services. You need help with what matters to you right now.

How We Work Through It With You

The FRAMED Framework

A useful answer is not always the same thing as a plan. A plan is not the same thing as getting the work finished.

You might need someone to help you think through an idea. You might need specific advice or someone to work alongside your team. You might need help coordinating the whole project.

I learned that those are different kinds of support.

A Google search, YouTube video, or AI conversation can help you learn something. A knowledgeable friend can give you another perspective. The next question is what to do with that information in your business.

FRAMED grew from learning how to connect those conversations with the work that follows.

We use it to understand your goals and build a practical roadmap. Your budget and available time matter. So do the people involved and how much you want us to handle.

You do not have to arrive with a complete plan. We work through it with you.

Step 1 of 6

Fit-Check

What do you want to improve, and are we the right fit to help?

We discuss your goals and what is getting in the way. Your budget, timing, and available support help us determine whether the work is a fit.

Step 2 of 6

Roadmap

What needs to happen, in what order, and what will the work involve?

We define the scope and priorities together. Your roadmap makes the responsibilities and cost clear before implementation begins.

Step 3 of 6

Assign + Act

What will you handle? What belongs to your team, BPOCM, or another specialist?

We agree on who does each part and begin the approved work. The plan reflects the support you need rather than a fixed package.

Step 4 of 6

Manage + Monitor

How will we coordinate the approved work and keep track of progress?

We help connect the people and tasks. Progress reviews make it easier to address delays or changes before they affect the rest of the project.

Step 5 of 6

Evaluate + Educate

Does the work meet the agreed requirements? Do you and your team understand how to use it?

We check what was built and address what still needs attention. Your team receives the guidance needed to use and maintain it.

Step 6 of 6

Decide

What is ready, what needs attention, and what makes sense to do next?

We confirm ownership and next steps with you. The decision may be to launch or make further changes before moving forward.

The process stays consistent. Your roadmap is built around your business.

I don’t enjoy opening my inbox to another sales pitch. I also help businesses create email campaigns.

So yes, I’m about to ask you to sign up for mine.

I want these updates to be worth opening. That means sharing things you can learn from and use in your business. You will also hear about what I am working on and what I am learning along the way.

My aim is a 4-1-1 content mix. For every six pieces of content, four should teach you something useful. One can introduce a resource or offer without a hard sell. One can directly invite you to take action.

That is a balance of content, not a promise to send you six emails.

You can expect ideas about your website and brand. We will explore marketing and sales along with practical uses for AI and automation. I also share ways to turn your knowledge and processes into income and impact.

Some updates may include a course, an information product, or a discount. Sometimes a resource you can use yourself makes more sense than hiring us to do the work.

You may get the occasional thought that does not fit neatly into a category but feels worth sharing too.

Share your name and email below to follow along. My goal is to make the useful part worth your time, not turn every message into a sales pitch.

Open the signup form directly if it does not load here.

You can unsubscribe when the updates are no longer useful to you.
