What to Have Available
- A plain-language description of the business task and who will use or be affected by the AI
- Current prompts, assistants, chatbots, agents, AI features, demonstrations, or documentation when available
- The approved knowledge, documents, data, systems, tools, and actions that may be involved
- Examples of acceptable outputs, wrong answers, edge cases, sensitive situations, and required human review
- The next 90-day priorities, deadline, decision-makers, contributors, data sensitivity, and budget range
A Mutual Fit Conversation
The meeting reviews the business task, intended users, current AI use, knowledge and data, systems, tools, risk, human review, privacy and compliance context, timeline, budget, decision-makers, and whether BPOCM can realistically help.
A Free Audit, Crisis Response, or Paid Roadmap
The meeting does not create a completed AI strategy, prompt system, knowledge base, evaluation set, assistant, chatbot, coach, agent, digital twin, avatar, voice system, deployment, troubleshooting session, or paid Roadmap.
Mutual Fit Comes Before the Paid Roadmap
If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
