Service-Specific Terms
Refund terms for consulting, implementation, management, digital products, subscriptions, or project work should be stated in the written agreement, invoice, checkout terms, or offer terms for the specific service.
If a specific agreement includes different refund language, the written agreement should control for that purchase.
Completed Work
Fees for completed consulting, planning, architecture, review, setup, writing, design, configuration, management, or implementation work may be non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.
If there is a concern about service delivery, contact BP Online Consulting and Management as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
