Plain-Language Summary

BPOCM sells a mix of:

  • custom consulting;
  • paid Roadmaps;
  • Implementation Management;
  • milestone-based projects;
  • recurring services;
  • courses, memberships, and digital products;
  • third-party software or production.

Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased, whether work or access began, what BPOCM has earned, which noncancelable costs were committed, the written agreement, and applicable law.

BPOCM does not use a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule. BPOCM also does not promise a refund after substantial custom work, reserved capacity, delivered access, or third-party commitments.

1. Scope and Contract Priority

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from BP Online Consulting & Management, LLC unless a signed agreement, statement of work, order form, checkout page, course term, membership term, or specific written guarantee provides different refund or cancellation terms.

The specific written term controls the purchase, subject to applicable law.

2. Free Fit-Check Meetings

A 30-minute Fit-Check Meeting is generally offered without a professional fee unless clearly disclosed otherwise.

Because no Fit-Check fee is charged, there is no Fit-Check payment to refund.

Please use the reschedule or cancellation link in the appointment confirmation when a meeting must change.

3. Before Paid Work Begins

If you request cancellation before BPOCM begins paid discovery, Roadmap work, implementation, production, or another paid deliverable, BPOCM will review:

  • work already performed;
  • preparation already completed;
  • capacity specifically reserved;
  • noncancelable third-party costs;
  • payment-processor fees where law permits;
  • contractual cancellation terms.

BPOCM may refund an unearned and uncommitted portion when appropriate or required by the agreement or law.

A deposit is not automatically refundable merely because the project has not reached a public launch. Planning, preparation, reserved capacity, research, and commitments may begin earlier.

4. Paid Roadmaps, Discovery, and Strategy Work

Roadmaps, audits included in a paid scope, discovery, research, architecture, curriculum planning, workflow design, AI specification, and similar intellectual services become earned as the work is performed.

After that work begins:

  • the earned portion is generally nonrefundable;
  • completed or substantially completed milestones are generally nonrefundable;
  • unearned and uncommitted amounts, if any, will be handled according to the agreement and applicable law;
  • BPOCM may provide completed work in its then-current state after required payments are resolved.

A Roadmap is a paid deliverable and is not created during a free Fit-Check Meeting.

5. Consulting and Implementation Projects

For milestone or project work, payments are applied to:

  • work performed;
  • reserved capacity;
  • project management;
  • research;
  • planning;
  • meetings;
  • configuration;
  • writing;
  • design;
  • production;
  • testing;
  • documentation;
  • third-party commitments;
  • other scoped work.

If a project ends early, BPOCM may prepare an accounting of:

  • earned fees;
  • completed work;
  • work in progress;
  • reserved or committed costs;
  • amounts due;
  • any refundable balance.

Refunds are not based solely on whether the client launched or used the work.

6. Client Delays, Missing Access, and Noncooperation

A refund is generally not owed merely because work is delayed by:

  • missing content;
  • missing access;
  • unavailable decision-makers;
  • late feedback;
  • changed requirements;
  • delayed approvals;
  • third-party vendors;
  • client inactivity;
  • failure to complete assigned responsibilities.

BPOCM may pause, reschedule, re-scope, archive, or terminate the project according to the agreement.

Restart fees or a new Roadmap may be required after an extended delay.

7. Retainers and Recurring Services

For retainers, subscriptions, maintenance, governance, monitoring, management, or recurring support:

  • cancellation applies to future renewal periods when submitted through the stated method before the next charge;
  • the current billing period is generally not prorated or refunded after it begins unless the offer, agreement, or law says otherwise;
  • unused hours, credits, or capacity do not roll over unless the written offer says they do;
  • work performed and capacity reserved during the current period remain payable;
  • cancellation does not reverse third-party or usage charges already incurred.

Recurring price, frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms should be disclosed before enrollment.

8. Digital Products and Downloads

Examples include:

  • guides;
  • templates;
  • workbooks;
  • prompt libraries;
  • resource packs;
  • digital files;
  • recordings;
  • self-paced materials.

Because digital products may be copied or consumed immediately, they are generally final once download or access begins.

BPOCM will review a request when:

  • the charge is duplicated;
  • BPOCM charged the wrong amount;
  • BPOCM fails to provide purchased access and does not correct the problem within a reasonable time;
  • the product is materially different from the description;
  • a written guarantee applies;
  • law requires a refund.

A preference change, failure to use the product, or misunderstanding that was addressed in a clear pre-purchase description generally does not create a refund right.

9. Online Courses and Memberships

9.1 Self-Paced Courses

After course access begins, refunds are governed by the course-specific offer.

If no different term is displayed, BPOCM generally reviews only:

  • duplicate charges;
  • unresolved BPOCM-controlled access failure;
  • material mismatch with the purchase description;
  • a stated guarantee;
  • applicable law.

9.2 Live, Cohort, or Scheduled Programs

Live or cohort programs may reserve seats, instructors, platforms, production, or event capacity.

The offer should state:

  • cancellation deadline;
  • transfer or deferral options;
  • no-show treatment;
  • recording or material access;
  • minimum enrollment;
  • BPOCM cancellation or rescheduling terms.

9.3 Memberships

Membership cancellation stops future renewal according to the disclosed process. Current-period refunds or proration depend on the specific membership terms and law.

10. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs may include:

  • software;
  • hosting;
  • domains;
  • advertising spend;
  • data;
  • email, SMS, telephone, and API usage;
  • payment fees;
  • printing;
  • travel;
  • media production;
  • contractors;
  • developers;
  • legal or specialist review;
  • AI, voice, avatar, video, image, or storage usage.

Third-party costs are generally nonrefundable once purchased or committed, unless the provider returns the funds and the agreement requires BPOCM to pass them through.

11. Custom Media, Voice, Avatar, and Digital-Twin Work

Custom photography, video, audio, synthetic voice, avatar, digital twin, animation, and related production may involve:

  • studio time;
  • capture;
  • model training;
  • provider fees;
  • editing;
  • licensing;
  • reserved talent;
  • compute or generation costs.

Payments become earned as work is performed and costs are committed.

Written project terms should address consent, capture cancellation, retraining, revisions, failed provider training, source files, usage rights, and third-party credits.

12. Advertising and Media Spend

Advertising, sponsorship, influencer, affiliate, placement, printing, and media spend is generally paid to third parties and is not refundable by BPOCM after commitment.

Stopping a campaign does not guarantee recovery of funds already spent or committed.

13. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect BPOCM charge promptly.

BPOCM will review:

  • transaction date;
  • amount;
  • invoice or order;
  • payment provider;
  • relevant records.

A verified BPOCM billing error will be corrected.

14. BPOCM-Controlled Failure to Deliver

If BPOCM fails to provide a paid deliverable or access that BPOCM controls, notify us and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • restored access;
  • replacement file;
  • correction;
  • re-performance;
  • credit;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund.

The appropriate remedy depends on the agreement, materiality, work completed, and law.

15. How to Request a Refund

Send a written request to Admin@BPOCM.com with the subject Refund Request .

Include:

  • full name;
  • business name;
  • email used for purchase;
  • invoice or transaction identifier;
  • product or service;
  • payment date and amount;
  • reason;
  • requested resolution;
  • supporting information.

Do not send complete card data, passwords, or sensitive credentials.

16. Review Process

BPOCM may request additional information and review:

  • the agreement;
  • accepted checkout terms;
  • work records;
  • access logs;
  • deliverables;
  • communications;
  • third-party commitments;
  • applicable law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

17. Approved Refunds

Unless another term or law applies:

  • BPOCM aims to initiate an approved refund within 10 business days;
  • refunds are normally sent to the original payment method;
  • banks, card networks, and payment providers may take additional time;
  • processing fees may be nonrefundable when permitted by law and disclosed;
  • credits are issued only by agreement.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact BPOCM before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

This request does not waive any nonwaivable right.

Submitting a chargeback does not eliminate valid payment obligations. BPOCM may provide contracts, access records, work records, communications, and transaction evidence to the payment provider.

19. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, chargeback, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Changes

BPOCM may update this policy for changes in products, services, billing, law, or operations.

The refund terms in effect at purchase, together with any specific agreement or offer, generally govern that transaction.
