The meeting does not create a completed brand guide, business plan, business-model canvas, 90-day SMART activation plan, audit, or paid Roadmap.

What Happens After the Meeting

If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
