What to Have Available
- Current website, active channels, campaigns, ad accounts, and analytics access when available
- The offer, service, product, event, course, or action the marketing should support
- The intended audience and current understanding of that audience
- The next 90-day priorities, launch date, service budget, and expected media budget
- Any current campaign reports, landing pages, conversion tracking, or vendor arrangements
A Mutual Fit Conversation
The meeting reviews the desired campaign or business outcome, current marketing activity, audience and offer readiness, channels, advertising history, tracking, next 90-day pressure, budgets, decision-makers, and whether BPOCM can realistically help.
A Free Audit, Crisis Response, or Paid Roadmap
The meeting does not create a completed marketing strategy, campaign plan, media plan, creative package, ad setup, landing page, tracking implementation, audit, or paid Roadmap.
Mutual Fit Comes Before the Paid Roadmap
If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
