- Current product outline, course platform, checkout, enrollment, access, or support setup when available
- The next 90-day priorities, launch date, decision-makers, contributors, and budget range
- Any content-ownership, accessibility, credentialing, privacy, regulated-topic, or special learner requirements
A Mutual Fit Conversation
The meeting reviews the desired product and learner outcome, existing content, current product and platform status, delivery needs, next 90-day pressure, timeline, budget, decision-makers, content rights, and whether BPOCM can realistically help.
A Free Audit, Crisis Response, or Paid Roadmap
The meeting does not create a completed product blueprint, curriculum, lesson plan, scripts, media package, platform build, launch plan, audit, or paid Roadmap.
Mutual Fit Comes Before the Paid Roadmap
If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
