What to Have Available
- Website, public profiles, directory listings, review-platform links, social accounts, and known search results
- Examples of positive reviews, complaints, misinformation, outdated information, or public-response concerns
- Credentials, testimonials, case examples, speaking materials, content, media appearances, and other proof
- The desired reputation outcome, next 90-day priorities, deadline, decision-makers, realistic budget range, and people involved
A Mutual Fit Conversation
The meeting reviews the desired reputation outcome, current public presence, trust gaps, reviews, content, speaking, public-response concerns, timeline, budget, decision-makers, and whether BPOCM can realistically help.
A Free Audit, Crisis Response, or Paid Roadmap
The meeting does not create a completed reputation audit, guarantee review removal or rankings, create a finished content or speaking plan, provide legal advice, or deliver the paid Roadmap.
Mutual Fit Comes Before the Paid Roadmap
If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
