What to Have Available

  • Current offer, pricing, proposal, agreement, or sales materials when available
  • Current inquiry, qualification, follow-up, onboarding, support, renewal, and referral steps
  • Examples of customer questions, delays, complaints, confusion, or handoff problems
  • The next 90-day priorities, deadline, decision-makers, team roles, and budget range
  • Current CRM, pipeline, inbox, forms, automation, reporting, or customer-feedback materials
The Meeting Is

A Mutual Fit Conversation

The meeting reviews the desired sales and customer-experience outcome, current journey, qualification, follow-up, onboarding, delivery communication, support, retention, timeline, budget, decision-makers, and whether BPOCM can realistically help.

The Meeting Is Not

A Free Audit or Paid Roadmap

The meeting does not create a completed customer journey map, sales playbook, script library, onboarding process, support standard, retention plan, training program, audit, or paid Roadmap.

What Happens After the Meeting

If both sides determine there is mutual fit, BPOCM confirms the proposed scope, agreement, beginning/middle/end payment milestones, and initial payment. Paid Roadmap work begins only after those steps are complete.
